Return Policy
Because all of our gifts are custom-designed when ordered, they are not returnable, unless something is damaged or defective. In this case, either a refund or store credit will be issued. For individual items ordered that are not part of a custom-designed gift, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned. These items must be made within 7 business days from receipt of merchandise.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card informations are encrypted in the softwre when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear context on any website or public forum.
Delivery Conditions
All orders are delivered within the intended delivery time and date to the locations indicated in the order. However due to any circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, blocked roads, inaccessible roads and/or external interventions preventing delivery on time, then we are not liable to make any refunds or restitution for any inconviences caused directly or otherwise by late delivery.
Minimum Ordering Time:
A minimum of 48 hours notice are required for international orders confirmed. Local orders require 24hrs notice.
Delivery & Handling Charges
Additional shipping and transportation charges to the basic shipping charges may apply depending on the remoteness and accessibilty to deliver door to door. The basic transportation charges are set forth in the product catalog and on-line store. This additional charge will be communicated by e-mail to the sender for confirmation before any order is processed.
Local Public Holidays
Orders received to deliver on local Public Holidays will attract a Special Charge. This charge will depend the delivery address and will be communicated by e-mail to the sender for confirmation before any order is processed.
Back Orders
If your order or selection is not in stock or available, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order and/or if you would rather not wait or to choose another.
